Born May 12, 1911 in Pittsburgh, she is the daughter of the late Michael and Viola (Mikucka) Pesta and wife of the late Charles Chmura and Stanley Szymanski.
Mary (Pesta) Szymanski (Chmura), 100, of West View, died Sunday, August 14, 2011.
Born May 12, 1911 in Pittsburgh, she is the daughter of the late Michael and Viola (Mikucka) Pesta. She was the wife of the late Charles Chmura and Stanley Szymanski.
She is the mother of Mary Ann Ettore and the late Anthony and Edward Chmura; mother-in-law of Gerri Chmura and the late Don Ettore and Betty Chmura. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Family will welcome friends 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the , Inc., 388 Center Ave., West View. A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled to be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Incarnation of the Lord Parish.
