An incident occurred this morning in McCandless about which parents should be aware so families have the opportunity to discuss safety related issues.
A female student who attends the North Allegheny Intermediate High School was approached this morning by a white male who appeared to be in his mid-30’s who was driving a silver car.

The individual offered the student a ride. The student declined the offer and the individual drove away. The McCandless Police Department was immediately notified.
