North Hills Kindergarten Registration Process Begins Soon
Forms and information will be available at the school district starting Nov. 14.
Parents in the may obtain kindergarten registration packets beginning Monday, Nov. 14 for the 2012-2013 academic year.
Packets will be available at all elementary schools and in the lobby of the district’s administration center, 135 Sixth Ave., in Ross Township, or packets may be downloaded from the district’s website at www.nhsd.net.
The packets contain forms as well as information regarding required documents, such as proofs of residency and health immunizations, for kindergarten enrollment.

Completed registration packets will be accepted from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. beginning Tuesday, April 10, by appointment.
Incoming kindergarten families should call their respective school office – beginning Feb. 1 – to schedule a brief registration appointment.

The North Hills School District offers a full-day kindergarten program at all four elementary schools. The school day is from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Students registering for kindergarten must be five years of age before Sept. 1, 2012, to be enrolled for the 2012-2013 school year.
