Property Owner Seeks Approval for Chiropractic Business on Lowries Run Road

The Ross Township Planning Commission will consider a request for a site plan approval for a chiropractic office on property at 625 Lowries Run Road.

The request, made by Kimberly and Kerien Fitzpatrick, seeks to allow Turo Family Chiropractic to lease the top two floors of the building once used by Basket Affair, a gift basket business.

Basket Affair is maintaining an office in the building but moving to an online showroom, said its owner, Kimberly Fitzpatrick.
The only changes to the exterior of the building requested in the site plan approval are the addition of an ADA-compliant walkway for accessibility in front of the building and an accessible doorway in the back.

"We're doing some very minimal interior changes," Fitzpatrick said.
The lot is 43,560 square feet and in an area zoned as a C-2 commercial district in the 4th Ward. It is a short distance from the shopping plaza.
The site has an existing 16-foot-by-10-foot parking lot with 13 spaces.
