Rare Look: Ross Police Building Search Training
Officers are constantly refining and reviewing techniques and procedures to keep officers, and the public they protect, safe.

Led by Sgt. David Eckels and Sgt. Matt Grubb, the officers simulated a building search. (see video).
"We feel it's important to go over these techniques a couple of times a year," said Ross Police Chief Robert Bellan. "The goal is to make this training instinctive because you never know when you will need it."
