Traffic Alert: Repairs Underway on Three Degree Road at Perry Highway
The road was damaged by a large water main break in April.
Repairs to the section of Three Degree Road at the intersection with Perry Highway in Ross Township began Friday morning.
The road was damaged by a large water main break on April 20. Since then, drivers have endured a "washboard" type of ride through the intersection.
"It was a major break," said Sharon Bruno, Director of Administration for West View Water.
Bruno said the road will be milled and resurfaced to specifications set by Allegheny County, which owns and maintains Three Degree Road.
Drivers may want to avoid the area because of repair-related traffic restrictions.
