Restaurant Spotlight: Frank's Pizza & Chicken

This week's restaurant spotlight is on Frank's Pizza & Chicken, located 101 Rochester Road in Ross Township.
Frank's Pizza & Chicken has been serving the Pittsburgh North Hills area for 40 years.
Their pizza dough and sauce are made fresh daily.
They specialize in "broasted" chicken, which is lightly breaded in a special marinated seasoning then deep fried under pressure. No trans fat is used and Frank says its special process cooks the chicken with 40 to 70 percent less fat than a traditional deep frying method.
A large variety of ice cream is also available.
