Ross Commissioners Reject Preliminary Heartland Homes Plan for Former Highland CC
The vote was 5-4 against the plan.
Ross Township's Board of Commissioners Monday voted 5-4 against initial plans to build 170 townhouses and 130 single-family homes on the former site of the Highland Country Club.
