
Ross Township is putting the finishing touches on plans for its annual 4th of July parade and fireworks show.
This year, all of the activities are on Sunday, June 30.
The day begins with the 10th annual CADD Club's Car Cruise atNorth Hills High School. The car cruise runs from 12:00 p.m. to 3 p.m.
The 18th annual 4th of July Parade steps off at 4 p.m. on Perry Highway, in front of St. John's Lutheran Church and proceeds north to the intersection of Perry Highway and Lindley Lane. Note: Perry Highway will be closed from Rochester Road to Three Degree Road from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Following the parade, the celebration continues at the Ross Municipal Center, where there will be arts and crafts for children, face painting, many different games, inflatable activities and a concessions stand.
KARDAZ will perform from 7 - 9:30 p.m., followed by a fireworks show.
The night concludes with a movie in the park "Rise of the Guardians."
