Alleged Skippack Killer Tristan Stahley's Hearing Continued
Stahley is accused of stabbing his girlfriend, Spring-Ford High School senior Julianne Siller, to death in Palmer Park on May 24.

Tristan Stahley, was not in a Skippack court room on Tuesday as planned, as his preliminary hearing was continued.
According to staff at the office of District Justice Albert J. Augustine in Skippack, the new hearing is not scheduled yet.

According to court documents, Stahley was charged on May 25 with one count each of first and third degree murder, and one count of posession of a weapon, and will be represented by Philadelphia attorney Timothy J. Barton with Barton & Phillips.
Stahley allegedly stabbed Siller multiple times while they had an argument on the Skippack Trail near Palmer Park, and then hid her body in a wooded area along the trail.

Stahley, who withdrew from Perkiomen Valley High School in February, then told his mother what he had done and tried to take his own life, before his father wrestled a knife away from his son's throat, according to prevous Patch reports.
Siller was mourned by her family and friends Thursday night, and was laid to rest in Royerford on Friday.
