Collegeville Man Broke Into Perkiomen Home, Police Say
Gary Edward Law, 55, was allegedly found sitting on the victim's recliner on Seitz Road.

A Collegeville man was charged with criminal trespass after allegedly entering a home on Seitz Road in Perkiomen Township, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.
Gary Edward Law, 55, was allegedly entered a home on the 90 block of Seitz Road by through the front door around 8 a.m. on Tuesday morning, and was found by the home’s owner sitting in a recliner in the living room, police said.

When the victim said he was calling 9-1-1, Law left the home, police said. He was then picked up by the PSP and arrested.
According to an area resident, there was an attempted break-in on Seitz road earlier Tuesday morning; police took a statement from the owners but have not released the information.

Law, who was unable to post $5,000 bail and is currently in the Montgomery County Correctional Facility, was charged with harassment twice in 2012 by Collegeville Borough Police; he plead guilty in a July case, and the charges relating to a January incident were dismissed, according to court records.
