Dave Brown marked the 75th day of his cross-country trek with a uniform change, putting away his bright green hoodie in favor of “summer attire,” he blogged.

Brown’s new outfit, while he travels through Montana, will vented shirt and pair of pants, and a reflective florescent green safety fest.

“People should not have any trouble finding me,” Brown said.

Brown is currently making his way through Missouri, where he participated in a “death by ice cream” tour of the area.

On Monday, Brown will have traveled through nine states in two months,  and has only had to pay $150 in lodging, as many volunteers have put him up throughout his trip, he is still trying to coordinate where he will stay for the rest of his trip.

Brown also blogged about a man with a similar mission in another country.

“To my knowledge I am the only person to walk across the US for ovarian cancer,” blogged Brown.  “Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF) found out that Red Bauer is walking 340 kilometers across Scotland in memory of his mom.”
