According to a Pennsylvania State Police report, Trevor Riley, of Feasterville Trevose, was traveling in a 1997 Chrysler Sebring in the southbound lane of Cross Road—north of the intersection with Route 73/Skippack Pike—and reportedly moving “too fast for the conditions.”
The Sebring struck the embankment on the right side of the road, and Riley “lost control of his vehicle and crossed into the northbound lane,” the report continues.
The car moved back into the southbound lane, and then flipped and hit a tree on the right side of the road.
Riley was transported to Lehigh Hospital to be treated for major injuries, according to the report.
