Drunken Man Crashed in Perkiomen Township, Police Say
A vehicle allegedly ran off the road into a wooded area on Bridge Road.

A driver has been charged after an alleged DUI on Bridge Road in Perkiomen Township on April 29 just before midnight, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.
According to police, a man was traveling southbound on Bridge Road near Oak Street in a BMW 328 XI in the area of Oak Street when the vehicle ran off the roadway down an embankment, into a wooded area.

Police found that the driver was allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol, and he was arrested.
The Pennsylvania State Police released no information regarding the driver.
