Former Ringers Property to Become Antique Store

Lower Frederick Township officials announced in May that the former Ringers Sports Bar and Club property on North Gravel Pike has been sold, and the new owners plan to turn it into an antique store.

According to the township, Brad and Robin MacMahon purchased the property; Lower Frederick Township Building Inspector Mark John said the antique store is an allowable use under the zoning code, but it falls into a different building code.

Before a Use and Occupancy permit is issued, an Existing Building Study bust be completed, to ensure that safety requirements are met.
