Fourth of July Celebrations, Municipal Meetings This Week
Kids are also invited to explore the Perkiomen Creek Monday.

Children who have completed kindergarten through third grade are invited Monday to explore the Eastern Branch of the Perkiomen Creek with the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy.
On Tuesday night, Perkiomen Township, Trappe Borough and Lower Frederick Township will beet for their municipal meetings; all begin at 7 p.m.
According to the proposed agenda, the Trappe Borough meeting will be held at the borough building, and subjects of conversation include the West Fifth Avenue Road project, and a conditional use zoning application on West Main Street.

On Thursday, a parade, concert in the park, barbecue and fireworks will be held in Skippack Township to celebrate the Fourth of July. The parade begins at 11 a.m. down Skippack Pike, followed by a Reilly Raiders concert in the park in the Manor House, across from Basta Pasta. At 3 p.m., a barbecue will be held at Parc Bistro, followed by fireworks.
