Highland Manor Window Damaged by Norristown Men, Police Say
Two men allegedly damaged a window at the senior living development.
Two Norristown men are facing were cited in connection with a May 3 incident in which they allegedly damaged a window of Highland Manor in Perkiomen Township, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.
Brandon Lee Harris, 19, and Jonathan Alexis Perez, 21, both of Norristown allegedly damaged the window the senior living development just after midnight, according to police.

The property, located at 2 Highland Manor Ave, is owned by Grosse & Quade Management Co in Perkiomen Township, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.
Harris pleaded guilty to the citation; Perez’s case is still active.
