Landlord Finds Evicted Perkiomen Tenant Growing Pot, Police Say
Brian Paul Hoffman, 28, was allegedly found growing marijuana after being evicted from his Gravel Pike residence and refusing to leave.

A man who was previously evicted from his Gravel Pike apartment in Perkiomen Township was found by his landlord to be moving marijuana plants out of the building, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.
Brian Paul Hoffman, 28, was arrested on June 1 at 6 p.m. after his landlord came to his apartment and discovered he was allegedly removing marijuana plants and marijuana-related growing paraphernalia out of the apartment after be, according to police.

A search warrant was granted for Hoffman’s car, where additional marijuana-related growing paraphernalia and small amounts of marijuana were found, police said.
Charges will be filed in district court, according to police.
