Nicholas Forman, 24, heading to prison for life after first-degree murder conviction Thurs

Nicholas Forman, 24, was convicted of beating his girlfriend to death in a jealous rage. It was the first Montco murder trial since COVID.

Update, Aug. 20, 11 AM: A Pottstown Mercury story this morning says that a jury only deliberated for 90 minutes on the fourth and final day of Nicholas Forman's murder trial Thursday. A judge reportedly sentenced Forman to life in prison on the spot because Forman requested that he be sentenced immediately. Forman never took the stand to testify at his first-degree murder trial and he reportedly showed no emotion as the guilty verdict was read in court.
