Trappe Home Break-ins Under Investigation

The rear door of a Main Street home, owned by a Boyertown man, was pried open.

The Pennsylvania State Police are investigating home break-ins on Main Street in Trappe between 3 p.m. on April 11 and noon on April 13.

Unknown individuals allegedly attempted to enter 133 W. Main St. by prying open the locks on the rear door, but were unsuccessful, according to police.

The individuals then allegedly went next door and successfully pried the locks on 135 W. Main Street, gaining access to the residence, police said.

Both properties were owned by a Boyertown man, according to police.
