Police: Jewelry Stolen During Burglary in Skippack Township

In another case, Pennsylvania State Police are seeking a theft suspect.

are seeking information about a residential burglary that occurred between 8 a.m. and 3:35 p.m. Monday in Skippack Township.

An unknown person or unknown people entered a house in the 2000 block of Serendipity Way by breaking a window leading to the basement, according to the police report.

From there, the perpetrator(s) “damaged the door leading from the basement to the main floor of the residence,” police said. Jewelry was stolen from the master bedroom, according to police, and the individual(s) left the house through a rear sliding glass door, the report states. The jewelry's worth was not disclosed.

Theft suspect sought in connection with Trappe incident

A stolen iPhone has been recovered, but police are still seeking a man wanted in connection with the reported crime.

A 23-year-old Schwenksville man dropped the phone while breaking up an argument at the on Monday night, and when he returned to the scene to retrieve it, he found only the case, according to a Pennsylvania State Police report.

State troopers called those involved in the fight, and a female said she “met someone that night named ‘Timmy’ who took the phone and said he left it at the Wawa in Collegeville,” the report states. The iPhone was found on a counter at the store, according to the police report.

The suspect is described as a white male, 5 feet 5 inches tall, approximately 30 years old, and was wearing a black T-shirt and pants with a white baseball cap, police said. “Other identifying information … is being sought,” the report states.
