Residents from Skippack and the surrounding areas braved the oppressive heat Thursday night to enjoy the attractions of the carnival on Rodeo Drive in Skippack Village.
Children screamed with delight as they rode the mini roller coaster and the tilt-a-whirl, and parents lent a hand as their youngsters reached the bottom of the giant slide or tried to win a stuffed animal prize or a goldfish.
