Skippack Man Gets More Prison Time for Megan’s Law Violations

Michael Bailey accused of failing to provide accurate address, current employment information.

Michael Craig Bailey, of the 1200 block of Bridge Road, on Thursday was sentenced to three to seven years in prison for failing to comply with Megan’s Law requirements and violating probation, according to a report from The Times Herald.

 Bailey pleaded guilty to the charges, according to the report.

said Bailey lied about his current address and failed to update his employer information, the report continues. That information must be reported in order to comply with Megan’s Law.

“Bailey’s Megan’s Law reporting requirements stemmed from his 2009 conviction on charges he had indecent contact with a little girl and made inappropriate comments to another girl at a Montgomery Township bookstore,” the Herald story states.
