Teen Cited After Crash with State Police Vehicle, Cops Say
The vehicle was responding to an incident with emergency lights activated.

A Norristown teen was cited after being struck by a police car with its emergency lights activated in Worcester, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.
The 17-year-old girl was traveling eastbound on Germantown Pike near West Adair Drive in Worcester in a Chevrolet Cavalier on April 19 at 9:15 p.m. when she was struck by Kevin Allison, 40, who was making a left onto West Adair Drive in a Pennsylvania State Police vehicle.

Allison was responding to an incident with emergency lights activated on his 2010 Crown Victoria; the teen was charged with violating “duty of a driver on approach of an emergency vehicle,” Pennsylvania Vehicle Code 3325A.
Both vehicles sustained minor damage, no injuries were reported.
