UPDATE: Missing Red Hill Woman Found

Police have located 75-year-old Betty Mae Gery, and she's currently being treated by medical personnel.

UPDATE: The Pennsylvania State Police have located 75-year-old Betty Mae Gery, who went missing over the weekend.

Gery was located at 10:50 a.m. in a wooded area along the 1100 block of Peevy Road in East Greenville. She was then taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital by Upper Perkiomen EMS for treatment and evaluation.

The Pennsylvania State Police are seeking public assistance in locating an elderly woman who went missing over the weekend.

The press release states that 75-year-old Betty Mae Gery was last seen walking northbound through the parking lot of her apartment building on East Sixth Street, Red Hill Borough, at 8 p.m. on Sunday, August 19. She was wearing light-colored blue jeans, a black / blue / white plaid shirt, and sneakers at the time of her disappearance.

Gery is described as 5'5 tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds with blue eyes and partially graying hair. She may be confused and may possibly display symptoms of dementia if approached. She was not wearing her glasses, and it does not appear that she is in possession of any kind of identification.
