Whitpain 9/11 Memorial Dedication Ceremony Set for Sept. 11
Second Alarmers will dedicate the 9/11 memorial at the Whitpain Township building complex Sunday, Sept. 11, at 1 p.m.
Second Alarmers will honor their fallen brothers from the events of September 11, 2001 with the dedication ceremony of their at the Complex, and the future site of Second Alarmers Facility in Whitpain.
They will also honor John Kulick, a Whitpain firefighter who joined the military after the events of Sept. 11, 2001, and gave his life serving the country in Iraq.
The dedication ceremony will be held on Sept. 11, 2011, beginning at 1 p.m.

Bill Gray of the Upper Moreland Fire Department will act as Sergeant at Arms for the ceremony. Gray will lead Loch Rannoch Pipes and Drums, Second Alarmers, , and other emergency responders into the memorial site for the dedication.
Bill Monaghan will sing his inspirational songs on Sept. 11 from his album Requiem for September 11.

The Montgomery County Vietnam Veterans group will perform a 21-gun salute and ring the ceremonial fire bell 10 times to mark the 10th anniversary of 9/11.
