$148K-Winning Lottery Ticket Sold At Philly Business

A Treasure Hunt ticket that matched all five balls drawn Friday won nearly $148,000, according to Pennsylvania Lottery officials.

PHILADELPHIA — A Pennsylvania Lottery player who bought at ticket in Philadelphia is about $148,000 richer.

Lottery officials said a jackpot-winning Treasure Hunt ticket sold at a Northeast Philly store matched all five balls drawn, 11-12-15-24-27, on Friday.

The ticket won $147,915.50 less withholding.

Welsh Road Beverage, 2425 Welsh Road, sold the ticket and will earn a $500 bonus for selling it.

More than 52,300 other Treasure Hunt tickets won prizes in the drawing. Players should check every ticket, every time.

Winners are not known until prizes are claimed, and tickets are validated. Treasure Hunt winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes.

Winning tickets purchased at a lottery retailer should immediately be signed on the back.

Online winnings automatically appear in a player’s account after the claim has been processed.
