2 Vehicles Sought In Hit-And-Run Of Boy, 3: Philadelphia Police

Philadelphia Police are asking for help identifying two vehicles involved in a hit-and-run that hurt a 3-year-old boy last week.

PHILADELPHIA — Police in Philadelphia released a photo of a vehicle they said hit a toddler and drove off last week.

According to police, the vehicle above struck a 3-year-old boy who wandered into traffic at about 9 p.m. Thursday on at 33rd Street and Susquehanna Avenue.

The SUV was last seen in the area of 32nd and Diamond streets.

Authorities believe the boy was hit by a second vehicle, a white pickup truck, after the first strike.

Neither vehicle stopped after strikes, police said.

The boy was taken to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where he received treatment for his injuries and was later released.
