  1. The theme for the 2023 Philadelphia Flower Show will be "The Garden Electric." The new show will be held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center from Mar. 4 through Mar. 12. The 2023 Philadelphia Flower Show will be returning indoors after two years of being hosted outdoors. (The Zebra)
  2. A Philadelphia Eagles fan braved Hurricane Ian to cheer on the team. The incident was caught on camera and posted to Twitter. The fan is a Cape Coral, Florida resident named Gabe Ferraro. Click to watch Ferraro venture into the storm to wave the Eagles flag. (NJ.com)
  3. A group of Philadelphia City Council members is demanding that Mayor Jim Kenney declare a state of emergency to combat gun violence in Philadelphia. The group spoke at the end of Thursday's Council meeting and voiced concern about a lack of funding to reduce the city's gun violence. The group wants resources targeted to communities and areas that experience the most crime. (WPVI-TV)
