$20K Reward Offered In July 3 Killing: Philadelphia Police

​A 19-year-old man who was riding a scooter was shot and killed at about 5:30 a.m. July 3 on the 200 block of East Rittenhouse Street.

PHILADELPHIA — Police in Philadelphia are offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for a July 3 killing in the city.

The shooting happened at about 5:31 a.m. July 3 on the 200 block of East Rittenhouse Street.

A 19-year-old man who was riding a scooter was shot and killed at that time and location.

Police said video captured showed at least three people inside a white 2007 to 2010 Toyota Sienna minivan. The van had an unknown license plate, a sunroof, luggage rack, and rear tinted windows. It also had some distinct damage to the driver side rear quarter panel, bumper area.

If you see these suspects, do not approach them and instead contact 911 immediately.
