Man, 98, Dies After Being Found With Gash On Head: Philly Police
The Philadelphia Police Department's Homicide Unit is investigating after the nearly 100-year-old man died Sunday night.
PHILADELPHIA — A nearly 100-year-old man died Sunday night after he was found with a large gash on his forehead, Philadelphia Police said.
Police were called to a home on the 6500 block of Roosevelt Boulevard at about 11:16 p.m. Sunday for a report of a hospital case.
There, they found emergency medical personnel attending to a 98-year-old man.

That man, police said, had a significant gash on his forehead.
He was later pronounced dead.

Police said the man was seated on the home's living room steps, unresponsive when the arrived.
