Man Charged After Posing As Law Enforcement During Robbery: Philly Police
Philadelphia Police said Robert Rosado was posing as a law enforcement agent when he tied a woman up and robbed a business June 8.

PHILADELPHIA — Police in Philadelphia took the man they said posed as an Immigrations and Customs Enforcement officer during a recent robbery incident into custody.
Authorities said Robert Rosado, 54, of Philadelphia was arrested and charged with impersonating law enforcement, false imprisonment, robbery, terroristic threats, firearm violations, theft by deception, and more crimes.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred on June 8.

At about 2:11 p.m. that day, a man, later identified as Rosado, came into a business on the 6400 block of Harbison Avenue posing as a law enforcement officer.
He was wearing a black baseball cap with the United States flag on the front, black sunglasses, a black long sleeve shirt, gloves, a black tactical vest with "Security Enforcement Agent" on it, and dark green cargo pants.

The man zip-tied a 50-year-old woman and stole about $1,000 in cash before driving away in a white Ford E-250 van.
Rosado is being held on $400,000 bail and is scheduled for a July 8 preliminary hearing, court records show.
