Man Watching TV At Home Hit By Stray Bullet In Philadelphia Triple Shooting: Police

The 21-year-old man was one of three people injured when shots were fired on Feb. 26 along the 2700 block of West Montgomery Avenue.

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police said a man watching TV with his family in a North Philadelphia home ended up in the hospital Monday night after he was struck by a stray bullet from a shooting outside.

The 21-year-old man was one of three people injured when shots were fired on Feb. 26 along the 2700 block of West Montgomery Avenue.

Officers arrived at the scene around 9:30 p.m. and found two people who had been shot, including a 25-year-old man who had been shot in the arm and leg, and the 21-year-old police are describing as an innocent bystander.
