Here are the top three stories today in Philadelphia:

  1. A suspect is sought for the sexual assault of 71-year-old Philadelphia woman inside her home in East Mount Airy. Around 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, the suspect entered the front door of the woman's home while screaming for help. The suspect, a male between 17 and 24 years old, demanded money, punched the woman in the head and back, choked her, then sexually assaulted her before stealing her cell phone, credit card, and car.   2. A new dredge project aims to minimize flooding problems from the Schuylkill River. The new technique specifically hopes to protect the area near Boathouse Row. Congress has provided eight-million-dollar million in funding from the infrastructure bill. (CBS Philly)
  3. Nearly 200 employees walked out of the Philadelphia Museum of Art on Friday. The museum remained open during the one-day warning strike. An art museum employee and president of the union said, "We've been negotiating our first contract for two years. Management's been stalling." The union seeks fair pay and health insurance.
