PHILADELPHIA — City living can be daunting. From heavy traffic to long waits for city-provided services, many factors can play into how stressed out urbanites are.
And Philadelphia is apparently one of the most stressed cities in the United States, according to a new ranking from WalletHub.
WalletHub recently examined 39 metrics in 180 cities in the nation. The data set ranges from average weekly work hours to the unemployment rate to divorce and suicide rates.

About 77 percent of Americans currently feel stressed about the future of our nation, and 73 percent feel stressed about the economy, according to a recent survey from the American Psychological Association.

According to WalletHub, Philadelphia is the No. 7 U.S. city for stress overall.
It was No. 6 in terms of work stress, No. 19 in financial stress, No. 31 in family stress, and No. 32 in health and safety stress.
