"This is another example of cruel and despicable behavior by a repeat offender who continues to weaponize modern technology to expose victims online," Sunday said. "This criminal conduct traumatizes victims by impacting their careers, personal relationships, and almost every other aspect of their lives."
The Office of Attorney General accepted the case on a referral from the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, and subsequent investigation led to charges being filed this week by the Philadelphia Police Department.
The current case will be prosecuted by Deputy Attorney General Madelyn Abry.
