Photos Of Robber Posing At Law Enforcement Agent Released

PHILADELPHIA — Authorities in Philadelphia are asking for help identifying the man they said tied a woman up then robbed a business while posing as a law enforcement agent this weekend.

The incident happened at 2:11 p.m. Sunday on the 6400 block of Harbison Avenue.

At that time, a man came into a business on that block and zip tied the woman, then stole about $1,000 in cash before fleeing the area in a white Ford E-250 full-sized van.

The van was last seen heading north on Harbison Avenue towards Roosevelt Boulevard.

Authorities said the suspect was a white man who was wearing a black baseball cap with the United States flag on the front, black sunglasses, a black long sleeve shirt, gloves, a black tactical vest with "Security Enforcement Agent" on it, and dark green cargo pants.

Police said the Ford has tinted windows, no window in the back, a pad lock on rear and passenger side cargo doors, and red dashes on the midline of the van.
