President Joe Biden, 'Reacher' Star Spotted At Philadelphia Restaurant
The former president and "Reacher" star Alan Ritchson had an accidental run-in outside one of Philadelphia's most popular restaurants.

PHILADELPHIA — Philadelphia's Rittenhouse Square neighborhood this week hosted two notable celebrities, both in the area for very different purposes.
President Joe Biden and "Reacher" star Alan Ritchson were both spotted outside the popular restaurant Parc this week.
The internet was buzzing after the former president and Amazon Prime series star had an inadvertent run-in at the Steven Starr-owned restaurant.

Philadelphia's premier social life documentarian Hugh E. Dillon captured Biden outside the restaurant on Monday.
Dillon said Biden was getting breakfast at Parc when he encountered the crew for "Reacher," which was filming nearby with Ritchson and his new co-star for "Reacher" season four Agnez Mo.

On Tuesday, Ritchson took to social media to share his experience meeting the former president and his son, Hunter Biden
"So our Reacher set got in the way of these legends," the caption reads on Ritchson's Instagram post. "Was a privilege and honor to meet the Biden family. They couldn’t have been more lovely. Kind, joyful, gracious and present. We chatted briefly about simple stuff, like string theory and quantum entanglement. Then Joe beat me at arm wrestling. All in a day’s work."
"I was wondering why the cast and crew broke into applause as a guy with white hair walked into the restaurant," Dillon wrote on social media.
Dillon said the production moved locations to the Rail Park at 1300 Noble St. later Monday to film additional scenes.
"Reacher" season four is expected to premier in 2026.
As for Biden, his choice of Parc raises eyebrows as some Democratic lawmakers, including those representing the Philadelphia area, are boycotting Starr's restaurants in Washington DC due to what they call "union busting" efforts by Starr and other restaurateurs.
Congressional Democrats representing Pennsylvania who signed the boycott pledge are Brendan Boyle, Dwight Evans, Mary Gay Scanlon, and Chris Deluzio
Biden during his tenure in office was hailed as the most "pro-labor" president since Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
