  1. Around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, a shooting occurred near the Fashion District in the area of 9th and Market streets. A video obtained by Action News shows people running from the area as officers chase down one of five juvenile suspects they arrested. Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw said, "Those who take part in violent behavior will be apprehended; our residents and visitors will not be intimidated, and our officers will not be deterred."   2. Average gas prices have dropped below $4 a gallon in the Philadelphia area for the first time since March. Over the summer, some stations charged over $5. The rest of PA as well as NJ seem to be trending in the same direction. (FOX 29 Philadelphia)
  3. A man has died after a shooting at the Chick-A-Boom drive-thru lane on Lancaster Avenue. Philadelphia police believe an argument led to the fatal shooting Sunday afternoon. A 19-year-old died after being shot eight times and police are still looking for a suspect. (WPVI-TV)
