Venonsky originally joined Tracey Mechanical as an estimator in 1994 before becoming the Vice President in 1997. When Venonsky first started working with Tracey, the company’s sales were $3 million annually. Growth has been exponential since then, and for the past decade, the company has averaged roughly $60 million per year in sales. Venonsky is hyper-focused on increasing sales while maintaining the company’s high standards.

“I’m completely committed to increasing our sales to $80-$100 million per year,” Venonsky said. “We are changing the culture of our business to reflect our values of honesty, hard work, and integrity. We are now team and family-oriented, both within our own office and in our relationships with our partners and subcontractors.
