PHILADELPHIA — Christopher Fitzgerald, the Temple University Police officer who was shot and killed last weekend, is being laid to rest Friday.

Fitzgerald's funeral service will begin at 11:30 a.m.

The service is being livestreamed and is available to watch below:

Fitzgerald's uncle and pastor Juan Marrero of Crossroads Community Church will give word of remembrance, as will Temple's Vice President for Public Safety Dr. Jennifer Griffin.

The Funeral Liturgy will begin at noon.

Fitzgerald will be interred at Forest Hills Cemetery, 101 Byberry Road in Huntingdon Valley, after his services Friday.
