Brooke Road, between Church and Conestoga roads, is closed to motorists.
RADNOR, PA —Brooke Road is closed, between Church and Conestoga roads, due to downed power lines resulting from heavy wind gusts, according to PECO.
PECO is en route through heavy winds may prolong repairs.
At 6 p.m. Tuesday, PECO is reporting 8,260 outages in Philadelphia and the four-collar counties.
