Flash Flood Warning Issued In Chester County
Emergency officials warn motorists a flash flooding is expected from 2 p.m. and midnight Monday.
CHESTER COUNTY, PA —Chester County Emergency Services said a flash-flood warning has been issued from 2 p.m. today to midnight.
Motorists are asked to use caution when driving through flood roadways and to turn around.
Severe storms and winds from 60 to 70 miles per hour are expected.

PECO is responding to 771 outages as of 1 p.m. Monday in the wake of severe thunderstorms Sunday night and forecasters are predicting more thunderstorms this afternoon in Chester County.
At 1 p.m., 145 customers in Chester County were without power, including 19 in Schuylkill Township, 28 in Tredyffrin Township, 14 in Upper Uwchlan, and 35 in West Chester.
