Man Assaulted in Trappe Tavern Parking Lot

Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a report of aggravated assault at in the parking lot of Trappe Tavern on Jan. 21 at 12:30 a.m.

According to a report from the PSP-Skippack, a 30-35 year old white male approached the victim, a 24-year-old Schwenksville man, in the rear parking lot of 416 Main Street in Trappe and punched him in the face.

The victim sustained moderate injuries and was taken my friends to the Phoenixville Hospital; the actor fled the scene in an unknown direction.

The investigation is ongoing.
