Man Charged With Attempting To Stab A Woman In Oxford Borough

CHESTER COUNTY —A 52-year-old Oxford man is in Chester County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail Thursday accused of attempting to stab a woman during a domestic dispute, police said.
Jose Santiago was arraigned on Dec., 28 on charges of aggravated assault, making terrorist threats, and related offenses.
Police said the victim and several other witnesses said that Santiago attempted to stab the victim and made verbal threats at a residence in the 500 block of Old Street.
