New Homelessness Advocacy Nonprofit Opening In Phoenixville

The group works to clean up encampments as well as provide housing assistance to the needy.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — A nonprofit advocacy group for the area's homeless is opening up a new brick and mortar location in Phoenixville.

The group, Better Days Ahead, is marking the occasion with a public ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, May 2 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The nonprofit is located on 145 S. Main Street in Phoenixville. The ceremony will be held at the rear of the building.

The group has been in operation for the past five years, active in Phoenixville, Pottstown, and Norristown. In addition to cleaning up encampments, they've also provided other services including housing assistance.

This new facility will mark their first physical location.
