PHOENIXVILLE, PA —Phoenixville Area School District is closed Wednesday, Jan. 10, due to widespread power outages and dangerous driving conditions throughout Chester County.

At 6:30 a.m. a total of 35,744 were reported in Chester County, according to PECO.
Here are the number of customers in the dark in the municipalities in the Phoenixville Area School District:

  • Phoenixville: 1,136
  • Schuylkill: 1,515
  • East Pikeland: 729
