Public Drunkenness

  • A 50-year-old Phoenixville man was cited March 28 with public drunkenness after entering the wrong home in the 100 block of Persimmon Lane.
  • A 24-year-old Boyertown man was cited on March 28 with public drunkenness after he was found passed out and under the influence of alcohol in the 100 block of Main Street.

  • A 31-year-old Phoenixville woman was cited on April 11 with harassment for harassing her neighbor in the 700 block of West Bridge Street.

Theft

  • An 18- year-old Phoenixville man was arrested on April 4 for retail theft after removing merchandise from a unit block of Nutt Road.

Criminal Mischief

  • Kristen Sandell, 46, of Reading: blood-alcohol content of 0.259%
  • James Howard Betharn III, 24, of Bridgeport: blood-alcohol content not available.
