Phoenixville Police Make Pair of DUI Arrests in Borough
The alleged incidents occurred overnight on January 19 and 20.

Phoenixville Police reported a pair of recent DUI arrests in the borough.
According to court documents, on January 19 at 9:16 p.m., a borough officer observed a Mercedes Benz with a headlight out traveling south on Main Street in the area of Third Avenue. The officer initiated a stop on the driver, Timothy Patrick O’Grady, 41, and observed that he had glassy eyes, slurred speech, and appeared intoxicated. O’Grady took and failed field sobriety tests, was arrested on suspicion of DUI, and taken to Phoenixville Hospital to have blood drawn for testing.
On January 20 at 2:39 a.m., a borough officer made the second arrest.

According to court documents, a silver Suzuki XL-7 blew red light on W. Bridge Street, before the officer initiated the stop. The driver, Deborah Dejesus, 31, appeared intoxicated and had an empty bottle of vodka in her backseat.
She took and failed three field sobriety tests and was arrested for DUI.
