Dr. Regina Palubinsky will replace the retiring Dr. Alan Lonoconus as superintendent for the Great Valley School District.

A months-long search for a replacement for Great Valley School District’s retiring Superintendent Dr. Alan Lonoconus has come to an end, the district said in a statement.
The Great Valley Board of School Directors has selected Dr. Regina Palubinsky as its finalist candidate for superintendent of schools and will officially vote to approve the appointment at its May 18 Board meeting.
“The Great Valley School District has an amazing reputation for academic excellence and a track record of preparing students for the many challenges after high school,” said Palubinsky. “I am incredibly honored and excited to join the Great Valley family, and to contribute to the many great systems and traditions that are already in place and working well.”
